Meet Our team
President
Kevin Elwell
Pastor Kevin serves as the teaching pastor and lead elder of Bayview Church. His vision for the GMA is to cultivate a movement of churches and para-church organizations towards an ecosystem of faith that supports gospel growth in Guam. His hope for GMA is that by connecting pastors to pastors we strengthen our island shepherds and by connecting churches to churches we mobilize greater gospel ministry to the island.

Pancho Madrid
Pancho Madrid now serves as the Connections Pastor at Bayview Church. Previously he was a bi-vocational pastor serving at Guam Christian Life Fellowship (GCLF) for seven years. Their motto, Gospel-Centered, Love-Focused. Before serving as a bi-vocational pastor, Pancho had also served in different leadership roles at Bayview Church, where he served as an elder during his last 10 years there. He loves the outdoors and being with people. His life verse is his birth date: Romans 12:21 and Psalm 119:63.

Norman Vasquez
Norman Vasquez serves as founding Senior Pastor of Community Bible Church. He previously served 11 years as an associate pastor under Dr. Tony Evans, Senior Pastor of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship in Dallas, TX. Pastor Norm has served full-time in ministry on Guam and Texas since 2000. His passion is to connect people to the Lord Jesus Christ.
